• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate room types.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to guests.
• Document special requests and accommodate accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect guest-related information.
• Develop positive relationships with guests and team members; assist individuals with disabilities.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No certifications required.
