About the Role:
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on expanding our customer reach. Your primary responsibility will be to grow your dedicated market to achieve Trella’s targets and vision.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify prospective customers and manage lead generation, conversion, and closure.
  • Grow client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Explore adjacent markets to unlock new opportunities.
  • Drive business growth in your territory and meet company targets.
  • Collaborate with sales management to implement effective strategies.
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on opportunities.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales within a commercial environment, including at least 3 years in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of import/export, port operations, and customs clearance.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar sales tools.
