Warehouse General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Setting the overall strategy for managing all warehouses.
- Planning and overseeing daily operations in the warehouses.
- Monitoring inventory levels across all warehouses.
- Ensuring the implementation of storage policies and standardizing procedures among warehouses.
- Supervising periodic and annual inventory operations.
- Developing work systems and procedures to achieve higher efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and security standards in the warehouses.
- Managing and developing warehouse managers and supervisors and distributing responsibilities among them.
- Coordinating with upper management and other departments to ensure operational needs are met.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouses.
