Sales Manager position at Al-Abairi TableclothsWe at Al-Abairi Tablecloths are looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Setting and successfully implementing sales plans and strategies
- Managing the sales team, setting goals, and monitoring performance
- Analyzing the market and competitors and identifying sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management
- Proposing and implementing mechanisms to improve performance and achieve targets
- Training and developing the sales team and enhancing their efficiency
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, including 4 years as a managerial role
- Experience in retail sales for at least 5 years
- Managing a sales team of no less than 20 branches or 60 individuals
