Introduction: We at ARENA RISE are looking for a telephone sales representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone to showcase the company's services in managing exhibitions and conferences.
Main Responsibilities: - Make daily calls to target customers to offer the company's services.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into real customers.
- Build and regularly update the customer database.
- Present sales pitches and clearly explain the company's competitive advantages.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress made.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and special offers.
Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferably in the exhibitions or service industries).
