Key Responsibilities: - Lead recruitment for various IT roles, including SAP functional, technical, and BASIS roles.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans targeting high-talent regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Indian recruitment agencies and talent networks.
- Manage visa documentation and relocation logistics for international hires.
- Partner with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, specifically in IT and ERP.
