Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • 2-year diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management and safety principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP.

About the Role
Cleveland Bridge Steel is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Welding Engineering to lead welding operations across our fabrication projects. This leadership role is essential to ensuring welding quality, compliance, and productivity across all phases of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and estimation teams with welding scope definition, man-hour calculations, and technical input.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards in all welding activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in welding engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within heavy steel fabrication or EPC environments.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API).
  • Proven experience in pressure vessel, structural steel, and piping fabrication.
  • Certification in CSWIP , AWS-CWI, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and welding documentation platforms.
