Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead our sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily sales operations and team performance
• Providing guidance and support to sales consultants
• Implementing sales strategies to maximize property sales
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work 6 days a week
