As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will play a vital role in managing government relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies aligned with Saudi labor law.

Your Role:

• Handle all activities related to government portals management, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, MHRSD, and more.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa processing and employee registrations.
• Manage Saudization compliance and ensure accurate documentation of government-related transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and proven track record with HR-related portals.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Competencies: Integrity, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer service orientation are essential.
