We are seeking detail-oriented Purchasing Clerks to join our esteemed hospitality team. This position plays a critical role in receiving and checking incoming products and guest packages, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and check all incoming products and packages.
- Verify quality, quantity, and condition of deliveries.
- Prepare and ship guest packages and manage in-house shipping needs for various departments.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, colleagues, and guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing, receiving, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and shipments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset when interacting with guests and vendors.
