- Determine prospective customers based on market insights.
- Negotiate prices and finalize agreements with written contracts.
- Support team goals and implement revenue-generating activities.
- Participate in sales calls, business trips, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and vendors.
- Manage account and activity details in Opera S&C according to standards.
- Coordinate service delivery with other hotel departments upon closing.
- Prepare regular reports as required.
- Respond to incoming business opportunities within 24 hours.
- Assist in compiling competitive intelligence.
- Mentor and coach support colleagues.
