Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time data and manage incidents effectively.
- Provide comprehensive Tier 3 technical support across applications, networks, and databases.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
- Administer system integrations and maintain real-time dashboards for remote operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand customer requirements.
- Contribute to enterprise digital transformation and oversee small-scale projects.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Diploma may be considered with relevant experience).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT systems and application support.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of databases and networking is a plus.
