We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations. At Victoria Group, our primary focus is in food and beverage services, and we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, and working capital.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
- Manage relationships with banks.
Qualifications:
- Strong finance-based analytical skills.
- 7 - 10 years of finance experience.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
