Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation of machinery, systems, and the overall facility.
• Optimize the maintenance process and implement focused improvements of the equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance projects to improve production capacity, quality, and efficiency.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex or repetitive equipment issues.
• Maintain and improve line performance regarding planned and unplanned downtime.
• Responsible for maintenance costs and reporting maintenance indicators.
• Monitor equipment to ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures and legislation.
• Participate and/or lead improvement projects and coordinate with third-party service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical and Electrical skills, including machine safety and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulics.
• Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated machinery.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

• Downtime breakdowns & preventive.
• Maintenance costs, AM/PM adherence.
• Machine safety compliance.
