Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the performance of sales supervisors to meet volume and margin targets.
• Ensure distribution targets are achieved weekly across all trade channels.
• Monitor product orders against market demand to minimize waste and maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policy to mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

• College diploma (preferred bachelor's degree).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficient in team management, assertive with time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively.
