Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to take charge of all aspects of financial management within our team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and promises to be challenging yet rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly Accounts Payable reports.
• Preparing, auditing, and inputting employee reimbursements.
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Preparing and issuing invoices for billing.
• Conducting inventory reconciliation.
• Reconciling travel expenses.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A College degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
• Proficient in accurate bill entry and reconciliation against Purchase Orders.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation processes.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of steel, aluminum, and hardware components is a big plus.
• Experience in logistics and transportation is advantageous.
