We are looking for a professional and friendly individual to welcome clients and visitors at our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling visits with the sales team.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Recording visitor and client information in the system.
  • Maintaining the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Supporting events and meetings within the center.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior knowledge in the real estate field is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma (preferably a diploma or university degree in management or marketing).
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred, especially in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients.
  • Discipline and commitment to personal appearance and etiquette.
  • Ability to organize tasks and work under pressure.

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (* pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
