Key Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate cakes that reflect customer requests, focusing on character-themed creations.
- Prepare cake mixtures, fillings, and frostings while adhering to our high-quality standards.
- Sculpt and shape fondant, gum paste, and other materials to create intricate character designs.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of cakes that meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cake design and decoration techniques.
- Manage cake orders, inventory, and baking supplies efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their visions are realized in cake form.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in cake decoration, particularly with character or custom cakes.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities.
- Knowledge of fondant, buttercream, and advanced decoration techniques.
- Attention to detail with patience for intricate designs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
