Role Description
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, coordinate logistics, and support services to ensure efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring team performance and implementing operational policies.
Facilitating effective communication among team members.
Utilizing analytical skills to solve operational issues.

Qualifications

Join our dynamic team at Hospitality Center Trading Co. as an Operations Supervisor in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to our logistics and operations, and we're looking for an experienced individual to ensure our logistics processes run seamlessly.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and practical experience with the SABER platform. You will oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and efficient coordination between teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and deliveries (local & international).
Manage product registration and shipment approvals via SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and Saudi Customs for timely clearance of shipments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping and customs documentation.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with SFDA, SASO, and other relevant Saudi government regulations.
Maintain detailed records of logistics and customs activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or customs delays.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operations.
Train and supervise logistics or warehouse staff on shipping procedures and system use.
